Pol Brennan Update!

Pol was up in court yesterday Wednesday, September 18, in Raymondville for a prehearing conference wherein the new judge, William Peterson, the prosecutor and Pol’s attorney, Jim Byrne, all traded paperwork and agreed on hearing the adjustment of status and political asylum issues together on the dates of November 12 and 13.
Pol will probably remain in the Willacy County Detention Center unless by some miracle the Port Isabel facility reopens. Hurricane season ends in six weeks; until then it's:
